By creating an account, submitting a review, or otherwise accessing or using Truments, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

If you are using Truments on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Truments is a review management platform that allows consumers to submit honest feedback about businesses, and allows businesses to view, respond to, and manage those reviews.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• A public review submission form for consumers
• A business dashboard for viewing and responding to reviews
• Review analytics and sentiment reporting
• Email notifications related to review activity

Certain features of Truments require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

When you submit a review or any other content through Truments ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that:

• The content is based on your genuine, first-hand experience
• The content is truthful and not misleading
• You own or have the right to submit the content
• The content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights

By submitting User Content, you grant Truments a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to use Truments to:

• Submit false, fabricated, or misleading reviews
• Post reviews for businesses you have not personally interacted with
• Harass, threaten, or defame any individual or business
• Submit content that is unlawful, obscene, or discriminatory
• Attempt to manipulate review scores or rankings
• Use automated tools or bots to submit reviews or access the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

All content, features, and functionality of Truments — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Truments and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software without our prior written consent.

Your use of Truments is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Truments is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any reviews or User Content submitted through the platform. Reviews reflect the opinions of individual users and do not represent the views of Truments.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truments and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform or its content.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Truments at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
